Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). We only deliver to Metro areas. If items are undeliverable due to your area not being a Metro Area you must pickup from the local depot. If the item is returned double shipping will apply plus 15% restocking fee. Rural properties, farms and remote / hard to access areas are classed as non Metro.
During this situation sending big items e.g Treadmill, Bike and Trampoline, etc to NT and WA addtional postage might be required, please contact us if we can help to check.
