The bench platform comes with six adjustable incline and decline levels allowing you to work on every inch of your different muscle groups. For the lower body exercise, the in-built leg extensions can be used on both the front and back of your legs for the greatest results.

The entire assembly is built with powder-coated steel for durability and strength and the weight bench can handle a maximum capacity of up to 300kg. The frame utilizes a dual stability and safety design with 50mm square steel tubes that are 1.5mm thick. The thick PU paddings used are also waterproof and oil-resistant to handle robust use and sweaty bods.

The Multi-Station comes with four 10kg and two 5kg weight plates and a detachable steel chrome 8kg barbell bar that measures 1.68m in length with a weight capacity of 120kg. The weight plates are each 60mm thick with a standard centre hole diameter of 31mm and can be safely secured to the barbell bar with the bonus spring locks.
