We only deliver to Metro areas. If items are undeliverable due to your area not being a Metro Area you must pickup from the local depot. If the item is returned double shipping will apply plus 15% restocking fee. Rural properties, farms and remote / hard to access areas are classed as non Metro.
During this situation sending big items e.g Treadmill, Bike and Trampoline, etc to NT and WA addtional postage might be required, please contact us if we can help to check.
For peace of mind, all orders will be provided with a tracking number once shipped.

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
If you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product, you must make sure the items to be returned in their original condition, unused and complete with packaging and documentation. We will process the refund upon receiving the returned goods. You will be responsible for return postage and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
