The first thing you want in a punching bag is durability. This bag is crafted with a high-quality and thick PU leather. The chain apparatus features four heavyweight welded chains with triangle swivels, along with a galvanised finish zippered top. Inside, only shredded textile cuttings are used, a material which allows the bag to always return to its original shape and absorb plenty of impacts. The bag weighs approximately 37kg and measures 115cm long by 38cm wide.

The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. We source products from Sydney and Melbourne warehouses to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices.

However please note some deliveries may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognised holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing until delivery of your product.
We only deliver to Metro areas. If items are undeliverable due to your area not being a Metro Area you must pickup from the local depot. If the item is returned double shipping will apply plus 15% restocking fee. Rural properties, farms and remote / hard to access areas are classed as non Metro.
During this situation sending big items e.g Treadmill, Bike and Trampoline, etc to NT and WA addtional postage might be required, please contact us if we can help to check.
For peace of mind, all orders will be provided with a tracking number once shipped.

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
If you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product, you must make sure the items to be returned in their original condition, unused and complete with packaging and documentation. We will process the refund upon receiving the returned goods. You will be responsible for return postage and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
